At Prime Furniture Ohio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for the pickup or drop-off.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our Ohio warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
